Frequently Answered Questions

Due to Covid, delivery times are no longer guaranteed. Anticipate delays as important safety measures, including physical distancing and reduced staff, means it takes longer to process heavy parcel volumes. Please track your item, as the call centres have no further information.

*We have no control over delayed orders due to Covid. It's best to order ahead of schedule*

Orders are printed on-demand, which means that production only starts once you've placed the order.

Therefore, please allow up to 3-5 business days to process and print orders before they are shipped.

It takes time for our printing partners to create and send out the product. But making each order on-demand allows us to avoid overproduction. This way we're all part of the sustainable movement

Shipping times:

USA orders up to 5-7 business days. 

Canada up to 10-15 business days

Our products ship from 3rd party printing productions located in the USA and Canada.

Please provide the correct shipping details. This MUST include recipient name, unit/apartment number, buzz code or any other relevant information necessary for a successful delivery.

Please keep this in consideration when traveling, planning to move or sending as a gift.

Anaya Arts will not be responsible for packages sent to the wrong address or not received due to the fact. You will need to place a replacement order.

Once orders are placed, information can no longer be edited or cancelled. Changes cannot be made.

Please be sure to select the correct options and sizes when ordering.

As previously mentioned, products are printed on-demand and unfortunately, changes cannot be made once the order has been sent to our printing partners.

Products are printed on-demand and unique to each customer. As a result, we do not accept returns/refunds or exchanges due to wrong size, colour, change of mind or anything that's outside a production issue.

However, we can offer a replacement if there is a manufacturing error, printing issue or item arrives damaged from transit. Please note that photos will be required.

Item on sale are FINAL.

If your productive arrives defected or damaged due to a manufacturing, print or delivery issue, please email info@anayaarts.ca within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll be glad to issue a replacement. 

First, verify that you provided us with the correct shipping information and address (this MUST include unit, suite or apartment numbers, buzzer codes).

Check your email or text messages for your tracking information.

If delivered, check your house or community mailbox (some boxes are too small for the package so a key is left to access larger mail box).

Also check for a pickup notice that requires you to pick it up from the courier office.

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time. Shipping is within North America only.

Sezzle is a payment option that allows you to shop now and pay later for orders $50 and above. This allows you to split your order into 4 interest free payments over 6 weeks.

Select Sezzle at checkout, have your item(s) delivered then pay over time with ease.

Yes, we offer bulk pricing.

We do not offer commissions at this time.

Sometimes, there might be a vinegar-like smell on certain garments. Do not worry, this is normal. The printing method used applies a fixation agent during the printing process. It is NOT permanent.

The solution is simply to wash the garment, as you should with any new clothing.

FAQ- Gift Cards

You can redeem by entering the unique code you received in your email at checkout.

If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

No, you can't reload a gift card.

Yes, if you want to buy a gift card for someone else, you will need to forward the gift card email to the recipient.

Yes, you can redeem another gift card during checkout.

You can't check your own gift card balance, but you can contact me at info@anayaarts.ca & I'd be more than happy to check on your behalf.

No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping.

Most discount codes cannot be applied to gift cards. The exception is a product specific discount code where the product itself is a gift card.

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.
