Shipping & Returns

Not all products are shipped from the same location.

  • Wall art, greeting cards, t-shirts and hoodies/crewnecks are shipped from Canada, unless otherwise stated.
  • All accessories are shipped from the US.
  • If shipping from Europe, this will be specifically indicated on the product page so that you can plan your purchase accordingly.

As a result, some items may be processed and packaged separately and may therefore arrive separately.

  • Products are made-to-order. Therefore, processing and fulfillment may take about 5-7 business days. And then shipping will take another 5-7 business days (depending on location). Allow at least 2 weeks for order to arrive.
  • Framed prints are only available for shipping in sizes 8x10 and 11x14 only.
  • 16x20, 18x24 and 24x36 prints cannot be shipped framed due to big sizing. Please select un-framed instead. These will be shipped in mailing tubes.
  • Please contact info@anayaarts.ca for frame purchase suggestions.

Shipping times will vary & are dependent on fulfillment location AND destination. So please plan your order(s) accordingly.

CHECKOUT

  • Please ensure that ALL personal information entered during checkout is correct, especially any unit numbers or buzzer codes. This cannot be changed after the order is placed. Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred due to any errors on their part.
  • For missing or lost packages, please contact your local post office about a claim.

IMPORT DUTIES & CUSTOM FEES

You, the customer, are responsible for any import duties and/or customs fees. Anaya Arts is not responsible for any packages held by custom agencies. It is not the responsibility of Anaya Arts to make the customer aware of these agencies & their actions.
It is advisable to check with your local customs office to determine their procedures & any potential charges for any international orders.

RETURN POLICY

  • All prints & accessory sales are final. Exchanges, returns and refunds are not permitted at this time.
EXCEPTION: If product(s) has been damaged* in transit, proof will be required within 24 hours of receiving product(s). Please send a picture of the product & packaging to info@anayaarts.ca. Include your name & order number. We will work together to rectify the situation.

*damaged refers to severely bent, torn, stained, misprinted.

  • Apparel may be exchanged only if sizing was wrong. Clothing but must be returned in the same condition you received it in. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees.
